How does ExcerLock lock apps?
You choose apps in Apple’s Screen Time picker and set exercise conditions in ExcerLock. Screen Time shields restrict those apps while your active conditions are unmet. Read how blocking works.
Does Walk & Scroll stay unlocked after I stop?
Walk & Scroll opens your apps while you walk. When you stop, apps close after your configured stop grace. A daily step goal is a different condition: it unlocks after you reach that day’s goal.
Can I unlock by going to the gym?
Yes. You can set a gym arrival condition or a gym time goal. Save your gym and grant the location permissions the app requests. Automatic detection depends on iOS permissions and delivery.
Is ExcerLock free?
ExcerLock offers paid access. The app and Apple’s purchase screen show the current plans, price, trial eligibility and renewal terms before you buy. We do not sell subscriptions on this website.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel through Apple. Refund requests go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting ExcerLock or your account does not cancel a subscription.
Does it work on Android?
ExcerLock is an iPhone app using Apple Screen Time. This website does not offer an Android version or collect an Android waitlist.
Can you see the apps I select or my gym?
Your selected app tokens and saved gym location stay on your iPhone. Read the privacy policy for the app’s data, processors and controls.
How do I contact a person?
Send a support request or use Settings → Support in ExcerLock. If the app opens Mail, finish sending your message there.
