Cancel with Apple
Open Apple subscriptionsYour subscription stays unchanged until you confirm cancellation with Apple.
- On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Select ExcerLock.
- Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, then follow Apple’s confirmation.
- Check the expiration date Apple shows. If no cancel button appears and you see an expiration message, the subscription is already canceled.
Before you leave
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal or trial ends. Paid access normally continues through the period you purchased; Apple shows when access ends, including any trial-specific terms.
Deleting the app or your ExcerLock account does not cancel billing.
Need a refund?
Apple decides refund eligibility for App Store purchases. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com and follow its refund request steps. Contacting us does not cancel your subscription or submit an Apple refund request.
