Apple handles ExcerLock purchases and subscription changes.
Open Apple’s subscription settings
Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Choose ExcerLock to see the available plans, renewal date and cancellation options.
Manage with AppleThis opens Apple’s website or subscription screen. It does not change your plan automatically.
On your iPhone
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Choose Subscriptions.
- Select ExcerLock and choose the available option you need.
Already paid, but access is missing?
In ExcerLock, open Settings → Subscription and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. TestFlight sandbox subscriptions are separate from real App Store purchases.
Looking to stop renewal?
Follow the cancellation steps. For a purchase refund, request one from Apple. This site cannot look up or change your Apple subscription.
