Review permissions
Open ExcerLock Settings → Data & permissions. The app explains what each permission enables. You can also change permissions in iOS Settings.
Export your data
Open Settings → Account & privacy → Export my data. Review the confirmation, then choose where to share the JSON file. Keep that file private.
Delete your account
Open Settings → Account & privacy → Delete account. Read the confirmation carefully: server account deletion and on-device data are different. The app explains what stays on this device and which processor erasures are scheduled.
Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it with Apple separately.
Website support messages
Website messages are separate from an app account. Contact us with your request reference if you need a website message removed.
